Dr Nikos Sfiris studied at the Mathematical School of the University of Patras, and he received the Degree of Mathematician after a six-month degree work entitled “Z-80 Assembly Language Interpreter Program”. Postgraduate studies at the Medical School of the University of Patras. He did his Thesis on the “Influence of the bicarbonate pool on the occurrence of 13CO2 in exhaled air”. He received the Degree of Ph.D. and he was trained in Medical Informatics under a five-year Scholarship from the National Foundation for Scholarships.
He was appointed as Head of the Dept. of Research & Development in Ethnodata S.A., an informatics company that belongs to the National Bank of Greece group of companies.
